One of the biggest reasons why people fail in business is because they choose the wrong business in the first place!

Nothing else makes sense in your business unless you get this right

Phase 2

Your branding represents what you STAND FOR, to attract your tribe.

One of the most common causes of business failure is the inability to consistently get customers.

It often (but not always) takes time to systematically build up sufficient “buying desire.”

If you do this right, you don’t have to chase people, they chase you… and that’s more desirable, isn’t it?

If you want to serve more paying clients, it’s easier when your calendar is full of HOT prospects !

The reason why this is important is because “cash-flow” follows calendar.

It is better to kiss a woman who is leaning into you than leaning away from you, and the same is true in your business.

Phase 8

The greatest “money making skill” is the ability to enroll clients with a proven sales process

The reason you want a proven sales system is if you don’t have a proven sales process, your business will struggle with inconsistent sales, because “hard work” or “guess work” is less effective or consistent than having a proven “framework.”

Of course you want to master your selling process, don’t you?

When you “deliver the goodies” and you are a MASSIVE contribution to the clients you serve, you create brand evangelists, and customers for life!

My name is Joe Nicassio

I am more than a coach, more than a mentor, People hire me because they trust my expertise, advice, and savvy problem solving skills.

I have advised over 4000 business owners, in over 400 different industries, to help them grow their existing businesses, and I have mentored several hundreds of people, to help them create new businesses from scratch.

I am on a mission to help thousands of people become self-reliant through entrepreneurship, instead of being employer reliant, government reliant, charity reliant, family reliant, or spouse reliant.

About Your Host

MEET RICHARD KAUFMAN

Richard Kaufman, originally from Belleville, NJ, served in the U.S. Army from 1986-1988, later continuing his service in the Army National Guard from 1991-2012. He supported Operation Enduring Freedom and retired after 23 years. During his career, Richard held three Military Occupational Specialties: M1 Armor Crewman, Cavalry Scout, and Infantryman, reaching the rank of Sergeant.

In civilian life, Richard worked for three decades at GNC, starting as a salesperson and eventually becoming General Manager. He is passionate about helping people, fitness, and supplements. Overcoming struggles with substance abuse, traumatic brain injury, and PTSD, Richard recently celebrated 32 years of sobriety. Known as “The Comeback Coach,” he helps others struggling with mental health and addiction, and he authored the book A Hero’s Journey From Darkness to Light. He also hosts the Success Your Why, Powers Your How podcast, one of the top veteran podcasts.

Richard lives in North Arlington, NJ, with his wife Michele and their three children.
